Performance is realized when mindset is optimized. Recruiting is the ultimate game of adaptability. How you think, behave, react and feel has a direct impact on your results both personal and professional. We are all born with 8 core feelings hard-wired into your brain. 5 negative (Fear, Anger, Pain, Shame Guilt) and 3 positive (Joy, Love, Passion). You are predisposed to overlearn negative outcomes and underlearn positive ones. This helped your ancestors thousands of years ago evaluate threats and dangers. It’s the same for you today. Only you aren’t trying to prevent being eaten by a predator.
What isn’t hard-wired into your brain are secondary emotions. These are emotional reactions to feelings. Example would be feeling shame while you are in pain. These are learned responses from culture, family and experiences. You have control over these emotions. Here is where you win or lose. Or learn depending on how you process events. Having control over your secondary emotions goes a long way in determining your altitude in life.
Niche Recruiting
Language / Tonality Training
First step is to figure out if coaching is right for you. Additionally, it's important to figure out if both personalities are a fit to work together. The only ways this is accomplished is via phone, video or in-person meeting. This can't be accomplished via messenger and/or email.
My suggestion is to schedule a time to speak without outside distractions. This will allow you to get a greater understanding of my background and skill level. Then you can set expectations on both sides regarding goals you want to achieve.
Personal Goals: I help you to establish a baseline of where you are and the gap to where you want to be. Change happens in the gap. What needs to happen?
Professional Goals: Similar to personal goals, I’ll help you establish a baseline of where you are and where you want to be. We then dive deeper on the tactical side of your skill set. What are you good at that he can make better? What weaknesses are holding you back?
Here we will build out your unique system, that are always hinged on the 4 most important pillars.
Consistency Training: Before building any strategies, the most important thing is to learn how to consistently implement any technique you are taught.
Prospecting/Outreach Strategies: Prospecting and reaching out to candidates is something that you will have to do on a daily basis, so it’s important we do it right.
Niche Recruiting: Riches are in the niches. So I will work with you to develop a niche recruiting strategy based on what makes you different and unique
Language/Tonality in recruiting candidate meetings: Hugely important. Words matter. The slightest change makes all the difference. So I make sure that your words will be the correct ones, said in the correct way to drive success.
This is the glue that ties commitment to results. Based on the bespoke plan that we develop, it’s my job to help hold you accountability. So we will have 6 coaching meetings (Bi-Weekly) where I ensure you stay on the straight and narrow. This is truly where you will see the tangible ROI from this program.
Before diving into the system, Niche Group will
conduct a full audit of the sales process and build
out targets for all metrics primary and secondary.

Message from Eric
Let's get real here for a minute. Does any of this sounds familiar.
Have you asked or said to yourself:
“I feel like I’m just surviving right now”
“I’m having a hard time getting the results I know I can achieve and deserve”
“I’m not getting the right candidates”
“I wish I had a roadmap that works for me”
“I’m losing candidates but having a hard time figuring out why”
“I’m not getting enough quality candidates”
“I’m struggling to stay consistent”
“I’m burned out and tired”
"I don’t have the support I need”
“Am I good enough to do this?”
“I really need a quick win”
So…what is the cost of continuing to feel that way? Both the hidden cost (self care) and the cost you see (Leaving earnings on the table) Do you like feeling:
Anxiety-ridden
Tired and overwhelmed (Energy Negative)
Out of alignment
Stuck, frozen or paralyzed in what to do next
Short on money you feel you deserve to make
Feeling this way has cost me thousands upon thousands of dollars while affecting my health. I know what it feels like. I overcame it and you can too. This is why I coach. There’s a better way.
Good news for you though! You’ve come to the right place, friend! I can help!

You should see meaningful change in your behaviors within a few weeks. You should see ROI within 3 months time if not sooner. A general expectation is 3 months provided you do the work necessary for success.
You don’t and neither do I. Here’s my personal story of working with a performance coach. Eric has worked with his personal performance coach for the last 4 years. They meet weekly. Being an athlete, Eric missed having a coach/player relationship. He also got to the point where he realized he needed help. If he was going to take his life to the next level, he needed an outside set of eyes to help with that journey. The results weren’t immediate but after a period of time, he made many meaningful changes in his life the lead to him being a better husband and father, be in back in similar to shape to when he was competing in college athletics and making more money than he ever has.
The right time to work with a coach is when you're ready. Plain and simple. If you're not ready to be vulnerable and transparent, a performance coach won't make the difference maximizing results.
Eric's suggestion is to spend 30 minutes with him on a discovery call. Allow your mind to open up. His process will help you vet out if you are ready to hire a coach. If he feels he can’t help you get where you want to be, no sweat. You part as friends.
We offer a flat fee for service which can be paid up front or spread out over 3 months. If you don’t see meaningful results after 3 months, we’ll work with you until you do. This holds us accountable to helping you get results.
